Ingredients
- 2 cans (5oz or 6 3/4oz) chunk chicken drained
- 1 (10oz) package frozen chopped broccoli, drained
- 1 1/2 cups cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1/4 teaspoon season salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
Ingredients (topping)
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- cut in 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Layer the chicken, broccoli and cheese in a 9 inch pie plate. Beat the remaining ingredients together in a bowl, but exclude the topping ingredients. Pour mixture into pie plate. Bake for 20 minutes. Mix the topping ingredients together. Sprinkle with topping and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until a knife comes out clean when inserted into the middle of the quiche.
