Ingredients & Directions
- Cook 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of white Karo for 10 minutes.
- Then add 1 cup of Half and Half slowly so that boiling doesn’t stop.
- Cook 5 minutes more and add 1/3 cup butter, again slowly so that boiling never stops.
- Cook to hard ball stage.
- Gently stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Let set 10 minutes. Turn into greased square pan.
- Let mixture set until cool.
- Cut and wrap.
