Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 packages (10 oz) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in saucepan. Mix sugar and flour: stir into melted butter. Stir milk, eggs and baking powder. Mix well. Stir in corn. Pour into a buttered casserole. Bake until top is golden brown and center is set, about 45 minutes.
