Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cooked and boned
- 2 cups of grated cheddar
- 1 dozen tortillas, sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Ro-Tel tomatoes
Directions
In a bowl, mix chicken soup, mushroom soup, chicken broth and tomatoes. Set aside. In a 9×11 inch pan, layer chopped chicken, half of the soup mixture, half of the sliced tortillas, half of the onions and half of the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
