Ingredients
- 10 lbs pork shoulder or butt
Combine the next 3 ingredients until salt dissolves.
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 cups apple cider
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
Directions
Trim fat from pork. Cut into 1-2″ chunks. Pour liquid over pork. Cook on low for 12 hours or until it falls apart. Shred with 2 forks. Serve over French rolls with “Maui Sweet onion Sauce”, which can be purchased at the store.
