Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes (chopped fine)
- 4 cloves garlic (chipped)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (green)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 dash of salt
- 1 dash of pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 fresh jalapeno peppers (chopped finely)
Directions
Combine everything and mix until salsa turns into a chucky texture. Let set in a cool area for about 4 hours.
