Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cans “Del Monte” Mexi-corn (drained)
- 2 cups “sharp” cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)
- 6 green onions (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (or amount to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper (or amount to taste)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with Fritos Scoops corn chips.
Hint: I often can’t find the Mexi-corn, so I substitute with 2 cans of corn and 1 can of Rotel.
