Jeanne makes these every Christmas. They are a recipe from her Grandmother. We look forward to them every year.

Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 1/2 cups of sifted flour
Directions
Mix ingredients in order, and shape as desired. Bake on 375 for 8-10 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. Remove cookies from sheet immediately after coming out of the oven.
