Cake Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Icing Ingredients
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions
Spray a 9×13 pan and preheat oven to 325. Mix the cake mix, eggs, oil, and sour cream together. Pour half of the batter into your pan. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together, and sprinkle it on top of the batter evenly. Pour the remainder of the batter over the cinnamon mixture making sure the batter covers everything. Swirl knife through the batter several times. Bake for 40 minutes or until done.
In a medium size bowl, mix the icing ingredients. As soon as the cake comes out, pour the icing over the cake. Serve warm. Serves approximately 10 people.
