Ingredients (Crust)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup flour
Directions (Crust)
Blend together and chill. Shape into small balls. Press into sandies tins, forming as much to the shape of the tins as possible.
Ingredients (Filling)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
Directions (Filling)
Mix filling ingredients together, and fill each cup.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes in tins. Remove from tins; sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional).
