Bowl Building Ingredients & Directions
- cooked rice
- crab, shrimp or imitation crab
- sliced avacado
- cubed cucumber
- lemon wedges
- finely sliced ginger
- french fried onions
- eel sauce (can use recipe below to make your own)
- spicy mayo (can use recipe below to make your own)
Set out the ingredients, and let everyone build their own bowl.
Eel Sauce
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
Bring to a boil, reduce a little, and let cool.
Spicy Mayo
- 2/3 cup mayonaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Stir all ingredients together, and enjoy!
