Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 chopped bell pepper
- 2 ribs of chopped celery
- 1 can rotel tomatoes and chilis
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cram of chicken soup
- 1 package of cornbread mix
- 2-3 cups chicken breast, cooked and cut up
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Directions
Sauté onion, pepper and celery in butter. Add rotel and soups. Cook cornbread as directed. Crumble and mix with chicken and soup mixture. Put in a large casserole pan. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
