We used to eat this whenever it snowed when I was young. In Missouri that wasn’t that often, so it was very exciting. My job was to collect the snow. I was always careful to get the best snow from an untouched area, and to always at all cost avoid yellow snow.

- large bowl of fresh snow
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup milk
Directions
Gather a large bowl of fresh snow. In another bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour over snow, like a snow cone, and eat immediately.
