We have made this recipe so many times at camp for hundreds of people that I had a hard time trying to think in small portions. It is a hit for everyone.

Ingredients
- 1 lb browned ground beef
- 2 cups of refried beans
- 1 can of enchilada sauce
- shredded cheddar cheese
- corn tortillas, cut into fourths
Directions
Combine beef, beans and enchilada sauce in a bowl. Layer baking pan with tortillas, bean mixture, and cheese. Repeat layers until you have used all your ingredients. I like 2-3 layers. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
