Ingredients
- rotisserie chicken (already made)
- 1 can red enchilada sauce
- 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
- green onions (can also use regular onion)
- 8 flour tortillas
Directions
Pull chicken from bone (set aside).
Chop green onions.
Pour a small amount of sauce on bottom of 9×13 baking dish.
Fill each tortilla with a hand full of chicken, cheese, and pinch of onions.
Roll up and place in dish.
Pour remaining sauce, sprinkle remaining cheese on top with onions.
Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes (until cheese is melted).
