Broccoli, Ham, & Rice Casserole

We do not have a written recipe for this, so Lydia and I wrote this one.  This is Lydia & Avery’s favorite meal.

Portia

1 cup of cottage cheese
2 cups of chopped broccoli
2 cups of diced ham
4 cups of cooked white rice
2 cups Mozzarella cheese (can use other cheeses too)
 
Mix the first four ingredients together, and 1/2 cup of cheese.  Spread mixture in a 9×13 pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
