Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin cut in to bite size pieces
- 1 large onion cut into small pieces
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of Beef Consommé soup
- 1 small jar of mushroom pieces
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions for Oven
Combine all ingredients into a covered oven safe pot (except for the sour cream), and cook for 3 hours at 300 degrees. When it is finished cooking mix in sour cream and serve over cooked egg noodles.
Directions for Instant Pot
Combine all ingredients into the instant pot (except for the sour cream). High pressure cook for 30 minutes, and let in naturally release for 10 minutes. Manually release pressure, and stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
