Ingredience
- 5 cups milk
- 11 tablespoons butter
- 10 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- Salt to taste
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon cream cheese
- Parsley chopped
Directions
Bring milk almost to a boil, set aside, melt 10 tablespoons of butter in med sauce pan. When butter foams, stir in flour let mixture bubble gently for 1-2 min. stirring constantly. Do not brown. Whisk in milk all at once and whisk until smooth. Add garlic and salt.
Simmer 3-5 minutes. Add cheese and sour cream. Whisk constantly until sauce is thick. Add last tablespoon of butter, and sprinkle with parsley.
