Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package of chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups of sour cream
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Directions

In medium bowl stir spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions until well mixed.  Cover; chill 2 hours to blend flavors.  Stir well.  Can be spooned into a round bread bowl and served with bread cubes.  Also good with crackers, vegetables, or chips.
