Pot Stickers

Okay, these things are so good that I could eat all of them whenever they are made.  Fortunately God requires us to be self-controlled, and so there are some leftover for others to eat.

Ingredients

  • green onions
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 small pork roast (raw & cubed)
  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • pot sticker wrappers

Directions

Put all the ingredients, except pot sticker wrappers, into a food processor and chop up fine.  Scoop onto pot sticker wrappers and seal with water.  Put in a non-stick pan with oil and brown the pot stickers on both sides.  Add 1/3 c. of water and cover.  Cook until the water is gone.

Sauce

Stir ½ cup soy sauce and ½ cup vinegar.
