Ingredients
- green onions
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 small pork roast (raw & cubed)
- 1/2 cup cabbage
- 1/2 cup carrots
- pot sticker wrappers
Directions
Put all the ingredients, except pot sticker wrappers, into a food processor and chop up fine. Scoop onto pot sticker wrappers and seal with water. Put in a non-stick pan with oil and brown the pot stickers on both sides. Add 1/3 c. of water and cover. Cook until the water is gone.
Sauce
Stir ½ cup soy sauce and ½ cup vinegar.
