This recipe is a grandkid favorite. My girls both requested Grandma make these for their graduation parties. The Jalapeño Spread is a must to go with them.

Ingredients (Bread)
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano leaves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 2/3 cups sliced pepperoni
Directions (Bread)
Put all ingredients in bread maker in order listed, and set for dough. Make dough into rolls, let raise until at least double and bake at 450 for 6-8 minutes or until done.
Ingredients (Spread)
- 1 block of cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños
Directions (Spread)
Mix cream cheese and jalapeños. Spread on pepperoni rolls and enjoy!
