This caramel is sooo good and easy! I pour it on cinnamon rolls after they are baked. I have also substituted Butter Pecan Ice Cream and that is really good, too.

Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
Directions
Bring to boil and immediately remove from stove. Makes enough for two 9×13 inch pans.
