Chuy’s is Blake’s and my favorite tex-mex place in Austin. We love it for many reasons, but if I had to pick one it would be the creamy jalapeño.

Ingredients
- 1 quart mayo
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup jalapenos (canned, not fresh); use a little juice for desired consistency
- 1 cup green tomatillos (canned)
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- 3 packs Original Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
Directions
Mix in a blender till smooth. Makes 8 cups.
